We have 4 offices available!!! 100sq. foot, 135sq. foot, 140sq. foot, 150sq. foot offices. All offices are avalible to rent separate.

NO NEED FOR A LONG TERM LEASE WITH THIS OFFICE!!! This is month to month. So if you out grow this space or need to move for what ever reason you just give a 30 day notice. This is a simple deal.

Also, you have access to the office 24/7, so when ever you need and/or want to work, just show up! The building is well-lit and also has a security patrol service on the grounds.

We include SureWest high speed internet FREE of charge ($75.00 value) with this office space. All utilities and general liability are included as well. All that you have to pay each month is for your rent and phone bill (If you choose to have a land line).

There is also a large furnished common area for clients to wait in and a parking area in the front and back of the complex. In the rear of the building there is a full service U.S. Post office.

Plus, Starbucks, Noah's Bagels, Jamba Juice and Bobo's Cafe are right across the street!

This MELLOW professional administrative office is located at 2929 Fulton Avenue within the large office suite of 2967 at Town and Country West. The complex is close to business 80, and is located near the Fulton and Marconi intersection. The office is not far from down town Sacramento. We are just a hop, skip and a jump from highway(s) 80, 50, 99 and 5!!!

And, on top of it all, the office has a friendly work enviornment and a creative feel :)

The rent for each office is:

100sq. foot office is $205 firm, we ask for first and last.

135sq. foot office is $225 firm, we ask for first and last.

140sq. foot office is $300 firm, we ask for first and last. (This office is the crown jem of the office suite, and over looks the front of the office building from the second floor.)

150sq. foot office is $295 firm, we ask for first and last.

The undercover footage smuggled out of Namibia shows seals being killed by hunters during a hunt at the Cape Cross Reserve and hunters armed with clubs running towards film maker Bart Smithers and Jim Wickens, from the UK's Ecostorm agency.

The journalists were freed after agreeing to pay a fine for "entering a protected marine area without a permit."
